The Business Exposure Group Ltd (“Site Terms”)

Definition   

For the purpose of these terms

Headings Number and Gender.  The headings of sections and paragraphs are inserted for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute part of this agreement or to affect the construction thereof.  The use in the agreement of singular, plural, masculine, feminine and neuter pronouns shall include the others as the context may require.

We” and “Us” means The Business Exposure Group Ltd who will provide the services to you.

You” means the individual receiving the services.

Access to this Site and Changes

Your access to and use of the www.business-exposure-group.co.uk  website ("this Site") is provided by us subject to these Site Terms. "We" are The Business Exposure Group Ltd.  "You" are the person who accesses this Site.

You shall fully and promptly indemnify us against all damages, proceedings, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, charges, costs and expenses which we may suffer or incur as a result (direct or indirect) of any breach by you of any obligation on you under these Site Terms.

Whilst we endeavour to make this Site available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Severability
